ArshGroup
A website for ArshGroup, a design-build firm in Chennai and Bangalore. It reads like a set of architect’s drawings, and as you scroll, a house builds itself from the first line of the blueprint to the evening its lights come on.

From the first line to the last light.
ArshGroup designs, builds and fits out homes and villas under one contract. They wanted a website that felt as considered as their buildings: motion that holds attention at the first meeting, and images that look real.
So the site is laid out like a drawing set. Every section is a numbered sheet, the gold outlines of the firm’s logo become the line work, and a drafting crosshair follows the cursor with live coordinates. Until the firm’s own projects are photographed, the work section shows four concept houses, modelled and rendered in Blender and labelled as concept studies.

A house that builds itself as you scroll

200 frames rendered in Blender Cycles at 2560 × 1600 and scrubbed by scroll on a canvas, with neighbouring frames cross-faded so it plays like video. Frames load coarse to fine, and phones get a lighter set.
A quote in three steps

Built-up area and city, a quality tier, then the type of home. The range uses ArshGroup’s own rates per square foot, and one button sends it to them on WhatsApp.

Standard, Premium and Ultra Luxury, each with its full specification from structure to switches, one category open at a time.
Drawn like a drawing set
Sheets, not sections
Every part of the page is a numbered sheet, from the A-000 cover to A-601 contact, so the site reads like the drawings a client signs off.
A drafting cursor
A fine crosshair follows the pointer with live coordinates, the way a CAD cursor does.
A project index
Big project names with a preview that floats beside the cursor, and drawing sheets that open like a curtain.
Rendered, not generated
Every image is a Blender Cycles render built from Python: board-formed concrete, teak, travertine, real grass and palms. No AI images.
